"Jojo do you ever actually use this stuff???"

Sadly my answer to this was "IDK?!?!?! Charles do I look like a genius?!?!?!"

And so to my dismay I went on a search for a way to relate to this funky thing called TRIGONOMETRY and surprisingly we do actually you use this stuff. Apparently we use the Law of Sines and The Law of Cosines to measure and decide the height of mountains......

Land surveying makes an extensive use of the sine and cosine law. The idea is to subdivide the land into many triangles and to measure one side and two angels of each triangle. With the sine law the other two sides can be computed. The Mount Everest was found by this method to be the highest mountain on planet earth. http://maps.unomaha.edu/Peterson/funda/Pictures/SouthAsiaPeripheral/Peripheral_South_Asia_files/image005.jpg
